Butt firming excercises

    Face it no one wants a sagging 'Butt'. I have sometime's seen guys with baggy jeans or pants and it looks as if they never made it in time...yeh! Bodybuilding is good although it tends to make one's rear end look like a muscular cavitated pair of, oops, can't even describe. Well, here follows tried and tested renowned 'Butt firming Exercises'. Guarentee'd to give you that firm 'J-Lo' or 'Shakira' booty. Stick to these excercises and you too will have a 'Bootylicious Butt'. As follows:
    1) In a push-up stance, instead of doing a push-up press down without bending arms. Use groin and buttocks together. Clentch, about fourty times,
    2) The 'Pelvic Thrust' ...No. 1 - Lay on your back. Left leg 45 deg. Bend. Rest right leg on knee of left leg. Hands must be at side's. Now thrust pelvis up, then down to floor. Repeat 20 times. Now alternate to right leg, repeat.
    3) Pelvic thrust again, stand with legs shoulder width apart, bend knees 45 deg in a squat. Now press buttocks back as far as possible and thrust forward. Thrust and thrust, repeat fourty times.
    4) Leg press, pelvic thrust: In a 'Doggy Style' position; hands in front, kneeling, push left leg out straight pointing toes, repeat 20 times. Now alternate, change to right leg. Repeat.
    5) Plank and press - Butt firming Leg Raise. In a 'Plank' position, elbows and toes touching ground, etc. Plank for 30 sec's to warm up. Now raise left leg as high as possible, maintaining the 'Plank' position. Repeat 20 times, toes may not touch floor or ground. Now alternate, to right leg, repeat. This exercise is extremely strenuous, consult a Physician in case of Health conditions.
    6) Normal Pelvic Thrust...lay on back, legs 45 deg bend. Hands next to side's. Thrust pelvis up as far as possible and return to floor or ground. Repeat fourty time's.

    That ends these 'Booty' firming excercises...Have Fun!

    I think tops have great asses because of all the pelvic thrusting they do during sex. I find that guys who are 100% bottoms disproportionally, if not ironically, have flatter asses.... So, to all the bottoms out there, AT LEAST go through the motions. Your partner will have a harder hard-on if you do, and that will make everyone happy.

    I'm not sure I get the directions clearly. Please post a video of you demonstrating the exercises. Preferably in nothing but a jock so we can see the 'fruits' of your labour.

    I concur with Wyndahoi, someof this seems inconcise in text form. And I need all the help i can get, my ass is doing that thing where it makes a crease just under where my Speedo ends icon_sad.gif

    A crease, wrinkle or whatever on the surface of a guy's speedo clad ass is super hot. icon_biggrin.gif

    If this were true I'd be bigger than J-Lo because I was hit with a switch everyday growing up.

    Probably your parents didn't strike your ass hard enough with the switch. That is why you still have a scrawny rear end.icon_cool.gif

    While squats are good for your glutes, I believe lunges target them more effectively. Also dude in the pic is a bitch. Those pads are unnecessary. Maybe,MAYBE if youre squatting heavy as hell. But 135lbs... cmon

    I actually did 225 last Friday and beforehand 310 on the leg extensions - it actually hurts to walk a bit.
