So ever since I started working out my goal was to always lose weight. Now that I lost the wait I want to get my six pack strong and keep my butt big because I have a curvy waist. Plus my boyfriend likes it.

So what kind of workout can I do so I can build my butt up and gain mass there?
    P.s. ( I'm a advid running and workout regularly)

Also what foods should I eat as well?

I just want a nice six pack, I want to keep my curvy waist and butt.

I would just have all your fitness routines, both anaerobic and aerobic varieties, focus on your ass and your core. You shouldn't lose too much muscle unless you cut calories too much. Also, if your waist does slim down that will accentuate your ass.

    Okay thank you.

Do you think I should stick to squats (with and without weights) , and I heard if I did some dead lifts that helps to build it.

Mix it up. Squats with various width of your feet, deadlifts, lunges are all good for your glutes. And for cardio try doing stairs and roller blading. Both build your gluten.
    And have lots of sex.

Thanks for the tips. I think I'm going to try rollerblading, and the different variations of exercises . And I need to have sex LOL

I'm not quite sure if my definition of a "curvy waist" is the same as yours, because that term as I understand it typically means there's some body fat involved--that's fat, not muscle. You can't have a six pack AND a fat ass. To lean out enough to have a six pack, you'll have to lose the fat on your butt as well, but you can build a muscular ass with squats and leg presses.

A small, hard, and striated ass is much nicer than a big, round, mushy one. But that's just me.

    A big, striated ass, however...
