Just think of the lawsuit he'd have if the surgery went wrong and fucked him up worse.

If you want to make disparaging comments about me while I'm unconscious, as long as my safety is not being compromised, please do.

I could use the after lawyer cut of $300 to $334k tax free money.

Of course their comments were unprofessional...but a half a million dollars?!?

So, uh, it's the victim's fault?

Some people are "professional" victims. This guy was so damaged and traumatized by this event that he made the tape public.

Perhaps a book and maybe even a movie are in the works?

Cha-Ching! Yeah, I wondered about the recording device myself. For mine, all my clothes were left in a "prep" area, and I had only one of those hospital gowns in the procedure area. But they actually made a DVD with the specialist giving vocal commentary, which was what they submitted back to my GP. Everybody was much too important and busy to actually write a report. icon_rolleyes.gif

And although I paid for the whole thing, nobody actually gave me a copy of the DVD icon_mad.gif
