Systolic pressure increases during exercise (your heart pump is working). Diastolic generally lowers during exercise (vascular dilation). It is normal, and comes down after exercise, and stays down for quite a while.

Where are you getting medical advice? You don't do cardio because of your high blood pressure? Doing cardio ... especially HIIT cardio, can nearly immediately improve your cardiovascular health.

You need to see a medical expert.

    You're notions are wacko.

As light as you look to be, why is your blood pressure high? High BP is an URGENT matter. You need to fix it...NOW.
