    ***how much fat to eat?

    how much healthy fat I should eat a day?

    I go to the gym to get muscles growth, weight lifting..


    how many grams of healthy fat I should eat a day to get muscle growth and not get fat settle around abs?


    some guys told me to get bigger muscles i need to eat fat, but if I eat fat I get fat around abs and There are many guys who has big muscles and abs and no fat?

    Eat enough to give you energy for physical activity. Anything more will be stored as body fat.

    It's a myth that body fat at your waist and good dietary fat are in a cause and effect relationship. I've been on a high good fat diet ( Paleo) for 5 years and have less ab fat then when I was in High school. Give Paleo diet a try for one month and experience this truth first hand.

    You neglect a broader vision of the various systems in The Human Machine. You can be calorie / nutrient deficient and be fat. Insulin is the shuttle hormone that stores fat, and fuels cells. No real discussion can take place around this without understanding insulin / blood sugar management.

    You can be "skinny fat"...a very unhealthy condition held by many young gay men. Not enough calories. Fat in the wrong places. Metabolic syndrome from inadequate calories, and inadequate activity.
