To be honnest, i liked Coca cola as a teenager, but things change, and defo fast food, and sugar drink shouldnt even be aloow in sales. Howerver, its everyone choice to continue this way or to go back into a more healthy food, less process, no GMO... Trust be Home made bolognese or pizza, are far better than the one from CVS or Domino

In a consuming world, more you consume more you feel that you fit in the society ... Mehicon_sad.gif eat less, save more, eat better

Brew up some iced tea at home, sugar/honey it lightly,* and you'll save lots of money, feel better, and do well by your body. And, "cut" fruit drinks - and sodas, if you must - w/ water, not just to stretch them, but to make them less sugary and keep you hydrated. Lots of those concoctions have the effect of dehydrating you! I'll have a root beer or ginger ale every now and then, but rarely drink any Big Soda more than once or twice a year.
