Anyone here on Weight Watchers? What would you do?

I'm following Core, now known as "Filling Foods". Last night I ordered a Cafe Misto at Starbucks and forgot to order it with skim milk.

Would you count the points or just let it go?

I am not on Weight Watchers but if it was me I would always err on the side of caution and count the point.

I lost 50 lbs on Weight Watchers. It's an awesome system, i still use my own variant to it.

I would count the difference between skim milk and whatever milk you had. If it was 2%, maybe 1 per cup, if it was whole do maybe two and a half.

I'm not on WW, but in nu4you as part of the Weight Loss Challenge, I would just log it as how I ate it.

If you don't log what you eat properly, the only one who's cheated is you.

Track your consumption appropriately, and count any "hiccups" as a learning experience. In this case, I bet you always remember to order skim from here on out!

EDIT: And a rule I've applied when eating out is to always assume it's the fattiest meat, whole milk or heavy cream, and butter that's used to prepare your food. You won't hurt your program if you overestimate your fat intake!

    count it.

that's like the mother of a girl I once dated (don't ask), she claimed the calories didn't count if they came from another persons plate. I'm frightened as to how much she actually ate in that case, because she was well over 250 lbs.

I don't think the other posters quite know how Core works.

You only count the points that are outside what you are supposed to eat. Since whole milk would be 2 more points per cup than skim milk, you can just count those two.
