Apply hot candle wax to hairy areas.

    Wait until wax hardens.

Use a weed wacker until satisfied.

You should buy Nair!! It's this cream that you put on your skin wherever you have hair you don't want and let it sit there for a few minutes and then you take a shower and it comes right off like magic. I just started using it and um unfortunately I'm like a wookie so shaving takes forever and I don't got the cash to get waxed. It didn't burn me at all and I kept it on for a lot longer than you're supposed to lol. It's supposed to last a lot longer than shaving but it's not THAT much better tbh. When I shave my butt for example I have to shave it again 2 days later and with the nair it was maybe like 3 days later lol but it's still a lot easier than shaving and if you're going for the hairless lolita 5ever young look then 10/10 would recommend (wow nair should pay me for this free promo lol)

Anyway if you can get waxed I would definitely do that. Its a lot better than shaving because it removes the hair from the root instead of just from the surface of the skin like shaving does but it's crazy expensive and where I live in NYC it's like $100+ to get a Brazilian bikini wax but I've heard it's amazing and it's the best method so if you can I would try it icon_smile.gif

I usually just trim it down, armpits, pubes, happy trail and let it grow back medium, not too much hairy lol. My guy kinda like it smooth. Lol icon_razz.gif

This is a matter of personal preference not requiring the acceptance, nor approval, of others.

For most men, shaving with a blade is easiest and most convenient. Be sure to shave often so the hairs don't curl over and become ingrown. Again, the more often you shave, the less likely you are to have problems.

Being clean (not clean and hairy, but clean), helps prevent STD, and BO, as well as feels and looks nice if you're an athlete, and works a whole lot better in the bed room.

It been done since the beginning of time, and is nothing new.

You must not have looked very hard, because there are many thousands of articles about manscaping online.

Nair, Veet, and Black Men's Shaving Powder, are all good depilatories, depending on your skin type, and preference.

Waxing is pricey, but, you can do it yourself. Most most, waxing will end up with end growns if you don't do it often enough.

Shaving with a blade tends to work best.

I personally can't handle someone that doesn't do personal grooming. A huge turn off. If you're a Real Jock, you have it to flaunt.

    Nair
    waxing
    shaving (blade)
    shaving (electric)
    electrolysis
    laser
    plucking

Different things work better on different parts and for different people. It takes a while to get it down to a science. Nair is good for non-sensitive/thick skin areas (back, etc.)... test first. Buy the women's kind for leg hair, cheaper and better... beware of the strength on this stuff though. Some versions are literally 4 minutes and that's it.

Blade shaving is way too time consuming for anything but the face. Get the philips norelco body groomer on Amazon. Good product, made for those difficult "spots". Tougher groomers can do the legs if desired. Chest is a perfect area for quick buzzing like this imo.

Laser is for when you just want it gone or largely reduced for good... expensive, but I plan to look into it myself for the backside. Electrolysis is painful but the most permanent of all, and is best for small or more delicate areas where hairs can be removed one by one... find an experienced practitioner!

I've never done waxing as I refuse to pay the money to visit a salon endlessly and have goo slathered on me. Better to just get it removed permanently imo.

    this:

it's quiet, cordless, water-proof, and adjustable guard so you can shave as close as you like or leave some length.

It grows back. So don't be afraid to experiment. I take the chest clean. I've been doing this since about age 31 because it turned gray while even now, I have very little gray anywhere. I like to eliminate armpit hair, clean around the pubes and reduce the bush, clean balls and shaft. My partner cleans up any stray hair on the back. Other than that, just whatever looks right to me. I use a Norelco Bodygroom and shave dry and often. Takes about 3 minutes/day to clean everything up.

Nair is very messy and completely pointless. It works by chemically burning the hair away, but it has no effect on the hair strand underneath your skin, so might as well just shave.

Waxing lasts longer because it pulls the hair from the root. But it's time consuming. And it'll hurt at first, but then you get used to it.

If you wax, get a sugar wax, like Moom For Men. Sugar waxes are easy to clean up if you spill them because that's just the nature of sugar (it gets dissolved easily by water, and doesn't even require soap for clean up...water alone will do).

Waxing is great for if you're going on vacation for a week or two, and don't wanna be shaving often.

As for what fur pattern to go for:

Trim/shave/wax however you like. Obviously you don't want hair on the back and shoulders, and you don't want thick hair on the upper arms. So, take care of that.

As for chest and abdomen, you can be hairy or smooth. If you go hairy, trim it. I like to trim it for most of the year, but will shave for the occasional beach visit.

Also for the chest, a lot of guys, including me, might shave a part of the upper chest. If you don't have full upper-pecs, shaving the upper area de-emphasizes the flatness of the upper chest, and draws the eye to the lower chest. (Guys like desertmusl and thatswimmerguy93 don't have this problem, because they're naturally smooth in the upper chest, or the upper corners of the chest. So it's easy for them to go natural and tell others not to manscape)

You can browse guys' profiles right here on RJ and take a look at different manscape styles. But at the end of the day, it's gotta look flattering on your body. And if your body hair is curly, you'll want to go short enough so that it doesn't curl.

Legs and pits: I trim these too. Get a beard trimmer, and trim the legs. I do setting/length 4 for the lower leg, and 3 for the upper. Chest/abdomen is also around 3 or 4.

Anyone else find it ironic that JDuderrr is naturally smooth as a baby's ass?

Please don't lecture those of us that are hairy that we shouldn't manscape and keep it under control.

I think you need to look at his [semi-blurry] pics a little closer. He's naturally hairy as fuck, but trims (or shaves?) his torso. You can tell by his full beard and hairy forearms.

Reminds me of once when I shaved my pubes. This was way back in the early 80s, before porn stars had started shaving their pubes. I hooked up with this guy who was the first guy I'd seen shave his pubes. I asked him why he'd done it and he said that it makes your dick look bigger. He had a really nice big thick piece of meat.

First thing I did when I got home was shave my pubes. Definitely didn't make my dick look bigger and it was very uncomfortable afterwards, and then it itched like hell when the hair started growing back.
