LOSING WEIGHT

    HELLO EVERYONE . I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT IS THE FASTEST WAY TO LOOSE WEIGHT . MY WEIGHT IS 204 RIGHT NOW, I WAS 212. BUT COULD I GET ADIVE ON HOW TOLOOSE WEIGHT FAST PLEAZ

    fast isnt always good, fast leads to stretch marks and loose skin and loss of muscle.

    Have a read of the post I put up that will shed you on average 2lbs a week. I say on average because when you start you are likely to lose more

    Its about 2 below this one :-)

    For the past 2 weeks I haven't eaten, all I did was drink water, (I wouldn't recommend it) ITS NOT FOR EVERYONE!! SO DON'T DO IT. This year (200icon_cool.gif I'm working out, I havn't posted any pictures yet, all thou I do have a before pic and I want a after to post later.

    Back to loosing weight, you can eat whatever you want, just eat sensibly. Work with light weights, I find it that when you workout with light weights you loose fats as well as muscle mass if your looking for definition but if you want mass use heavy weights make sure you have a spotter and be safe.

    The right diet and determination will get you on your right path, GOOD LUCK! icon_biggrin.gif
