    Hello guys,

I have a medical problem, which is widely known and that's-internal hemorrhoids.I discovered them last months while doing an enema and I kind of freaked out. They seem to be grade I ,no bleeding,no swollen things, just a bit of discomfort from time to time.
I decided to beggin the treatmen with suppositories,I started to eat healthier(a lot of fibers, vegetables, fruits ,I drink a lot of water) and I did not have anal sex as a bottom since May ,but today when I made an enema to check the improvement...surprise,no ...
I have a big hemorrhoid(like 0.5 cm ) and like 3 smaller ,I examined them in the mirror(after lubing and playing witht the ass to relax the annus-yeah ,so fucking romantic..) and I saw them.
Well ...I am freaking out ,this medical condition beggin to make me obssesed about what I how I eat, what I eat, when I eat,how I poop,to see if I have blood in poop and so fucking on...
In addition to the psychological and medical impact and the stress caused by these concerns,I am mostly bottom and these little freaks make me feel unsecure ,embarrased and reluctant to any anal sex even if I want to(especially when I am horny and I wanna be fucked).

Sincerely ,I am overwhelmed and depressed by this fucking situation and I do not what to do...Everything seems to be unhelping and 0.

Extra Bonus: Imagine a hot date, you and him are in the bed and you tell him:honey I have some little hemorrhoids which want to be fucked so fucking hard(not happened ,but I imagine...).
I am freacked by the fact that they could bleed out while sexual intercourse .

Sorry if my english was bad, sincerely I am too ...saddened to pay attention to what I write....

That is really unlucky, mate. While maybe someone here can give you health advice regarding that, i don't think that is going to have an easy answer.

It's the sort of thing that no easy answer. Have you searched for medical advice or are you auto-medicating? I see from your profile that you are Romanian and know that being gay there can be harder than in other places (My ex was from Cluj). So if you don't wan't to tell your doctor why is it that important for you then you maybe could just tell them its very painful when you go to the toilet (even if it is not) to try to get more advanced help.

Regarding being depressed... well the whole situation sucks, I'm not going to try to make it any prettier. You probably would need to stick to being top or non oral sex in hook-ups. Now some men will be understanding so you should judge whether if you want to tell them that you would like to try (if you feel confident enough).

For something more serious you will probably be fine if the other guy is a decent bloke (who wants a dickhead as a boyfriend anyway?). Just don't let this sort of stuff make you a bitter guy, thats how you won't do good in finding a guy

Maybe not very helpful, but it's all the advice I can think of, sorry mate! Hope you find a way to get rid of those!

Thank you for your answer Elian.
As you may know,it is very difficult to be gay in Romania, especially in my region (South East),your ex was "luckier",Cluj is more open minded.

I am not totally auto medicating.I only diagnosed myself of suffering of hemmorrhoids and I talked to my mother who is a nurse and a pharmacist to advice me about the treatment (she knows about my sexual orientation -that's another story). It's the day 5 since I started to take those suppositories,I did not checked them again ,I only feel a dicomffort when I go to the toillet ,it can be compared to being constipated or something like this.
I drink so much water and eat vegetables ,fruits (done with my blender)...

I topped a guy 2 weeks ago after 7 months of not topping,it is not really my cup of tea,I like topping, but the pleasure can not be compared to be bottomed. It has been 2 months since the last time I was bottom .
I planned to go to Bucharest to meet up with a friend ,who I know since the last year,he is really nice, educated ,very good in bed,but he is a top,he only fucks and sincerely I really liked him fucking me,but what should I do in these cirucmstances....

I try not to freak out ,but this whole situation ,eating too carefylly ,doing all the things thinking that I can make them worse...I try to cheer up myself,I succed, but I rememeber ,I still have them...

I have 19 years old ,but I look kind of childish for my age,at the store when I buy alchoolic drinks for example ,they ask for my ID or make fun of myself like "the next time bring the driving licence ,not the ID ".......so Imagine me .being a top ...

Reffering to the medical consult,I have health inssurance which does not cover most of the vital things,if you have a emergency you are treated like shit in this town and the budget in my family is low...we barely find the balance to have normal things, medical conditions are an extra,I am luckier that I want to be a doctor and my mother has medical knowledge, but think about those who do not have at least this...there were cases in which people died from simple medical conditions ,like a simple fracture ,just because the doctors did not pay attentions and treated them with the lowest attentions just because they came as an emercency which is free(if you do not give bribe ,you are..nothin)...

Stress can make bottoming more difficult (in my limited experience) so it can end up being worse for you if you are going to be that paranoid. The treatment still can work for you just keep at it and give it a bit of time. (This is personal experience). Its quite lucky that your mum is a nurse and that you can talk to her about these things. Also I am not sure whether if you should be having enemas or not, i have heard that they can be harmful for this sort of things but I'm not sure how true that is.

Lets say you meet this guy or any other guy you want to have sex with. I think to feel at ease yourself you should probably tell this guy that is can be difficult for you and that you might need him to stop, but that you really want him to top you if he takes it really easy and uses loads of lube. By no means allow anyone to even try without lube! If things go wrong and it is too painful or soemthing you can explain him.

By the way, you enjoy bottoming more..fair enough! but don't let any stereotype limit the sort of things that you might want to do in bed!.

Your English is fine. As already suggested a doctor is your best approach. Because I'm a little surprised to learn you have hemorrhoids at only 19.

Although you say they are internal, have you also been having any external anal redness and irritation, essentially a diaper rash as we call it? Do you ever see blood on the toilet tissue?

I examined the external part of the anus ,that part it's fine,no swollen tissue ,no suspect parts of tissue,I have redness or irritation only when I wear unproper underwears or I do not shave, although it is fine.

Nope, blood on the toilet tissue I have not seen,it happened just one time when i did an enema to bleed a little .The internal hemorrhoids are places aproximately 4-5 cm inside ,where it is the internal anal sfincther.

Thanks for your reply. See a doctor soon, if you haven't already. Preferably a specialist in rectal issues. Here in the US you often first need a referral from a General Practioner.

You can do what I do and make them shrink and effectively go away by eating 80 grams of wheat bran every day. Interestingly, the wheat bran is effective if you eat all 80 grams once a day; I have it for breakfast. Initially in order to more quickly reduce the hemorrhoids you could eat 40 grams twice a day. It will take 3 or more days for them to shrink and stop bothering you.

Here in the US you can get wheat bran at a health food store, or from amazon.com. It's cheap since it's the stuff that's removed from wheat grains before they're ground into white flour.

The bad part is that wheat bran tastes bad; it's bitter and has an unpleasant texture. I used to cook it like oatmeal and then added fruit and whatnot. But my current favorite way to cook it is like noodles, with plenty of water, but not a vigorous boil but a gentle simmer. I simmer it for about 10 minutes. Then I pour it into a wire mesh strainer and rinse it very well. This removes the bitterness and softens it so that the texture isn't as bad. Then I add the fruit, yogurt, etc. and eat it.

The other bad part is that you have to eat this mush every day. When you go to the bathroom your bowel movements should be very soft and effortless; minimal pushing to empty yourself.

I forgot to add that I've tried other high fiber foods and the only thing that works reliably for me is this daily dose of wheat bran.

Much like the wheat bran, Oatmeal was the only food that worked for me to get everything moving smoothly again.

My understanding is that oatmeal has a water soluble fiber while the fiber in wheat bran is not water soluble. The wheat bran holds onto water and maintains its structure all the way through the digestive system, and with the water provides a soft bulk.

That said, I do incorporate cooked oatmeal with my daily wheat bran mush. I make a big batch and freeze it in 1/2 cup (130 gram) portions. Every day I have to remember to move one to the fridge the day before, otherwise I use the microwave to defrost it.

The oatmeal helps smooth out and take the "edge" off the wheat bran.

I did a little "research" about wheat bran and I find that are diets witht this aliment which helps the dygestive system ,I knew about the oatmeal that is good for the everyday meal .

I searched online the wheat bran ,but i think I can find it at the market and it is very cheap.

P.S:I would not expect so much responses and help about this problem and I really ,really appreciate it,you are awesome,guys!icon_exclaim.gif

Here are some easily obtainable, natural soltions that will reduce the problem -

enema with lavender oil and warm water...... plus neat lavender oil on its own.

Aloa vera - straight from the plant - cut a section off and squeeze the goo out - use this internally.

    Also which hazel.

I've been told this is the worst thing to do in your situation; it's good that you've seen improvement, but if what I've heard and read is true then you need to stop doing that completely. There are lots of muscles involved, and you may be surprised to learn that some of them can be used to achieve the same effect with less strain.

Also, I don't know how or when you're using enemas, but they aren't just for sanitary purposes; saline enemas are sold as laxative products, and can really help with difficult bowel movements (especially if you take your time and massage your lower abdomen to work the fluids up and the solids down). This works especially well with the improved diet and increased water intake you've mentioned.

If you can avoid the kind of straining you describe (the kind where you hold your breath and tense from above) it should be easier to keep the problem under control. I don't think you're supposed to expect to get rid of them altogether, just work on keeping them from getting inflamed and irritable. One doctor told me a couple years ago that everyone has them, even if not everyone has problems with them.

I introduced in my alimentation kind of wheat bran 2 days ago at the breakfast ,I use them withoth anything or simply combine with vegetables and blend them and the straining thing is getting better,it goes easily and I do not need to strain a lot ,today i did not strain at all. Also I do not feel that bloating sensation that I used to have since I knew myself...Hope it gets better,I did not check the hemorrhoids now , I wait till I have at least 5 days of using this product
I finishe my suppositories yesterday ...so I hope that it will be better when I check them..

See your local doctor, I had this procedure done a few years ago for one internal, since mine was there for many years, it was quite large and would not go back in anymore, but this time it kept bleeding so I would recommend. After you get rid of it, then worry about maintaining your fiber diet to keep them from returning. Mine has not come back.

    Rubber Band Ligation for Hemorrhoids
    http://www.webmd.com/a-to-z-guides/rubber-band-ligation-for-hemorrhoids

Rubber band ligation is the most widely used treatment for internal hemorrhoids. If you still have symptoms after three or four treatments, surgery may be considered.

Rubber band ligation works for about 8 out of 10 people. People who have this treatment are less likely to need another treatment compared to people who have coagulation treatments. About 1 out of 10 people may need surgery
