Are you going to self-manage all the way from Oakland?

What advantage would there be to have a GAY realtor?

    Isn't that being discriminatory?

What if someone were searching for a STRAIGHT realtor?

Blame this reply on being out of the closet for over 20 years (23 and counting).

If someone is worried about the sexual orientation of a realtor, they're unknowingly (or not?) discriminating against other people who could do just as good of a job at finding a suitable property.

If the question included the terms "gay friendly" or "all inclusive" then that's a whole different question.

Unless you want to lick his mushroom tip, I don't think it really makes a difference whether or not the realtor is gay. Good realtors aren't always easy to find, so you really should widen your search beyond just gay ones.

On the residential side of the business he'll have about a 50 - 50 chance anyway if it's a 'male' realtor. On the commercial side, I'm sure they're out there somewhere, but I've never seen any. In fact I've only known of two democrat commercial agents, both in the CB office in Santa Monica. I guess if you're going to have a few, that's one place where you'd expect to find them.
