    Happy Friday Guys,

Can you all recommend a good "fat burner"?
I'm on point with my cardio program and I watch number of fat grams that I ingest.

Oh, I also do not eat dinner after 8:00pm and I drink plenty of water, good think I'm a water sign.icon_biggrin.gif

I just want to know if there is anything on the market better than "Hydroxycut"

    Thanks,

    Phoenix43

    Can't because there isn't one.

The ones that ever have been effective were effective by boosting your heart rate constantly, which is hard on your system.

    The rest are mostly garbage.

Eat healthy, burn off fat with exercise.

    Look up "ThermoGain" by MuscleTech.

Not exactly a fat burner...but helps you build more muscle and thus burn more calories.

I like it...has worked for me.

Hydroxycut Hardcore has been working pretty good for me and actually thats because I havent been taking it all hardcore like its been saying to since my trainer at the gym said it might be a little much. Might want to give it a shot. Ive used even regular hydroxycut in the past and seen great results in a short amount of time with diet and exercise.

No food after 8? Is that so you can put your body through a 11-hour fast every day?

To burn fat you need to feed your body as constantly as possible - just appropriately.

Think of when you were a newborn and putting on functional lean mass at an incredible rate. You were being fed around the clock - no one ever tries to stop feeding a baby at 8.....

    Just think about it....

Don't forget to consult your doctor first before taking any kind of fatburners. I made the mistake of not doing that and it almost cost my life.

A good doctor would probably persuade you not to take any kind of fatburners because it will really mess up your natural metabolism. But if you decide to take it, at least he could tell if your body will be able to take it and if something goes wrong, he would know your history therefore give the proper treatment.

Any kind of fatburners will boost up your heart rate, pushing your heart to work harder. If your heart can't take it, you end up dead.

    I used "Animal Cuts".
I'm not really recommending anything other than more cardio exercises and proper diet. Lots of work and takes a lot longer. But at least, now I know I'm safe.

Lots of stuff out there. I have never liked any over the counter products since they removed ephedra.

So now I just make my own stacks. Look for Vasopro Ephedrine HCL and make your stack.

I've also used Clenbuterol and T3 and even did a cycle of DNP. Anything is dangerous. Make sure you do a lot of research on how to take and come off anything you do decide to do.

Ephy rules, if you can get it still.

The ban is off, but, it's pricey and there is paperwork.

n8dargnt....I agree, nothing even compares to true Ephedra stacks. My favorite was Yellow Swarms....incredible stuff!!!

BTW: Many true ephedra products are still readily available online...just google it!

Its funny...100 reported deaths from Ephedra and its banned, yet Tobacco, well..we all know how many deaths there have been, yet its still perfectly legal.

But for a ephedra free substitute, i've tried Venom and its ok for a little extra energy/fat burning.

In the end...even Aspirin can be dangerous....just do your research and use common sense and you should be fine Phoenix. Good luck!
