Bigotry Against The Successful

Phil Gramm, a former three-term Republican senator from Texas who once ran the Senate Banking Committee, told the House Financial Services Committee yesterday: It’s the one form of bigotry that is still allowed in America, and that’s bigotry against the successful … My friend Ed Whitacre at AT&T, if there’s ever been an exploited worker, even though they made a big deal about him getting $75 million when he retired, the man added billions of dollars of value, he was exploited, it was an outrage!

Someone needs a rude instruction on what bigotry means.

This is the same douche that was McCain's economic advisor for the 2008 presidential campaign and said that Americans were a "nation of whiners" when the economy began it's free fall.

    Fuck. This. Guy.

Conservative Republican politicians are so privileged and isolated from regular Americans that statements like these make perfect sense to them.
Poor guy only left with $75million? Let's have a pity party for him.

It is self serving, wealthy bastards like this bloated bozo that is causing a growing number of Americans to increasingly question our free market system and many to embrace socialism. These so called successful people deserve to be discriminated against because they have completely forgotten where they originated from. Whereas they had several opportunities to advance in life, these are the same miserable creeps who became heartless and greedy by outsourcing everything to third world countries and slashing the number of good paying jobs and careers for the generations after them and leaving us only with low wage service sector employment.icon_mad.gif

Dude, that wouldn't even put a down payment on the lifestyle I'd like to have. Just the jet alone would cost more...not to mention fuel, crew, booze, and my private airstrip on my private island where all my overpaid hot frat bros give me sex every day.

So yeah, I totally pity him. icon_razz.gif
