Well, I think her lawyer can win this one. Unless he or she is complete and utter fraud.

JuanPablomv89 saidOne of my female co workes said this to me:

I do not need femenism because:

My boyfriend, brothers, uncles, nephews and the man I will ALWAYS LOVE MY "FATHER" all of them respect women and should not generalised or seen as potential rapists just because they are male.

I do not need to blame men for my problems or mistakes because I'm an grown woman and just because I'm a woman I'M NOT A VICTIM AND I'M NOT OPRESSED!!

So, even if English is your second language, your post is ragingly off topic and a just a little shit-brained. Women get raped by people they know as well as strangers (but mostly by people they know). Does your co-worker speak for all women? Or are you arguing that your co-worker is shit-brained?

I'm sure my post can be translated well enough for you to understand.

How in the Hell can it be in the state's best interest to "preserve the life of the fetus?" With this auspicious beginning this poor child will in all probability become a ward of the state through the wefare system, juvenile justice system, the criminal justice system, medicaid, etc. It's in all likelihood it's in the state's best interest to abort the poor thing.

Nice work for the attorneys "for the fetus:" a client who can't argue or complain.

...or pay its bills. So the shyster attorney-at-law didn't just take a case pro bono, it took a case of pre-developed cartilage.

Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, may I present my client, Femoral Smith

Another case of Liberals lying by omission of facts.

Jailed Alabama woman drops abortion lawsuit, says she wants to be a mother:

Instead of being insulting, how about reading the first article. Yours is just an update. It's still nuts that the state feels the need to appoint a lawyer for a fetus. It's odd that it's in the states best interest up until they have to house and feed it. Then suddenly they won't care.
