    I like long term fitness.. for long term results and then we don't sweat the "short" stuff...lol

    However nothing wrong with a little "extra" to add to
    if needed last minute.

    No bitterness meant. But as of your first posting in this thread, you weren't participating in the forum, merely sharing for your own self-promotion, which is against forum rules. Being a helpful presence and spamming are separate things. Glad that you appear to be the former.
