Strength Foundation 12-Week Workout Program What's next?!

    Hello Everyone!

    I am currently on week 10 of the Strength Foundation 12-Week Workout Program. I have completed the program before, which works well for my body. I always see a complete transition. The problem comes for me at week 13. I don't know what to do next. How can I take all the hard work of the 12-week program and continue on?

    Do a different 12 week program. Then after that, a different, etc. etc. till you've done them all.

    By then you'll be able to pick and choose your favorite parts, and put together your own personalized program that you can stick with and enjoy the rest of your life.
