As much as I hope, hope, hooooope that he isn't our next president (I think)...I gotta admit, it would be absolutely freaking amaaaaazing if he sat in the president's chair, in the oval office, pointed a finger at the camera, and said--
...but...to be frighteningly honest--and, note, I'm pretty darn ignorant about the guy, his views and accomplishments (in my brain he's just a semi-megalomaniac business tycoon and billionaire), but all I've read about him saying about Atheists is:
Trump: I don’t know about the atheist vote. They might not like me. I’m not so sure.
And...well, I don't disagree? But, I don't know why I wouldn't like him either? And what is his stance on social issues? Gay marriage and the like? Is he just a super wealthy business dude who cares more about the economy than what goes on in peoples' pants?
Cause if so, I might actually prefer him over any of the other republican candidates as well. This is weird...but, again, I'm ignorant. Didn't watch the whole debate, so didn't hear what he had to say--though, when you're at the RNC, you're gonna say whatever the voters want to hear anyway--which is why Trump is standing out a bit? Breaking the mold? But again, I'm ignorant.
...on a side note, shouldn't Trump be like, the spokesman for the Republican party anyway? I thought he was like, the epitome of the rich business owner and financial mastermind that Republicans want to be?
