What i mean is do some of the white men on here fear getting old as getting old means that unless you are in shape or have good genes. Then you become considered inferior and pretty much as black and East Asian men are seen in the gay world

Just wondering ? I understand if you do being top of the gay racial hieachy and all it would hurt no longer being considered sexy

At some point, you have to learn to be self sufficient.
That means not worrying about will I still be loved by someone else when I get older. You better learn to love yourself, even if that means all by yourself.
We all age. Best accept that and embrace every year we have left. My parents are still kicking it into their late 70's.
My dad still goes to the gym 4-5 days a week.
You can be as active and social as you like for as long as you like. You never know what day will be your last.

I try to take care of my skin, if this is more about the effects of aging. I avoid the midday sun and moisturize with a SPF lotion.

Where do you live San Francisco?

Black gays get plenty of play and
white men actually pay for Black dick.

And Why you keep attaching "EAST ASIAN"
men every time you mention Black men
is beyond me because i don't understand.

Black men and East Asian men are not
one in the same in any type of way
    in the gay community.

Asian men are shunned mostly because
they have reputation of having really small
    cocks.

with age comes that knowledge to 'accept what you cannot change'. Age, race, orientation, etc, etc. Do i fear getting old… maybe, who knows. I don't dwell on it. Do I hate getting old? Abso-fucking-lutely! LOL. Id love to be 25 again, but then i wouldn't have the things in my life that do matter to me. Cant live with regrets… then you are not actually living..

I'm from that generation of white 'queens' (their term, not mine) for whom 30 was geriatric. I didn't think so, but they sure did. So I've been 'old' most of my life.

No, I have real threats to fear. Never gave age bigotry any thought beyond how shallow it is.

Break out of that mind set, dude.

I'm not afraid of getting older. Instead, I'm enjoying it. I like my life of continuous learning. I'm keeping myself fit, eating as healthy as I can (with periodic slip ups) and working out every other day. I learned a long time ago that we make our own happiness. Getting older isn't something to 'fear'. Just do your best to be healthy and try to do something fun, and something good for your body - every day.

this is a weird question.... and is it not slightly racist?

'gay racial hierarchy'....... I live in a diffrent world.

I define myself by my sex foremost...... I am a man.

Quite simply, my race and sexuality are less important than my definition of myself as a man.

I think you should seek help in how you view yourself - this post comes across as self loathing.... I'm sorry.

You'll run out of counter/cabinet space way before then; plus, there will be no "good lighting" and you're spf 2000 won't help you.

Sadly, the alternative to ageing appears to be even less attractiveicon_rolleyes.gif Therefore, there is nothing anyone can really do about it besides the usual.

Hence, I see it as a privilege - not a right.

I understood much of life as being a preparatory process for getting old. No doubt, even a very good looking 60 year old dude won't measure up to an average looking dude in his 20's when it comes to your daily fresh meat market in the local gay world. You want to stay away from that battlefield.

The guys who have lived their lives wisely have little to fear. Age will come to you as a grace of its own kind. You will exchange one set of problems with another. This is what makes us human to quite some extent. Though relatively few people have learnt how to make the best of every life situation, those who command this talent will continue to be rewarded.

    Getting old?
Not a problem for me, as I look forward to retirement, and no longer having to get up so early in the morning.

I have terrible fears about getting old, most of which are not looks-related. I'm 32 and have been getting gray hair for the past 4 years or so (thanks a lot, life stress!)

My biggest concerns and fears revolve around not being fully capable. I don't want anything to happen to my dick, my ass, or anything in that region. I want to be able to piss, poop, and fuck without any issues. I don't want anything to happen my prostate.

I don't want to be in a wheelchair. I want to be able to walk around until the day I die. I don't want to be hunched over and shuffling along half step at a time. My legs already feel damaged from years of running, I can't imagine how much worse they're going to get.

Everything else I'm fine with. wrinkles, crap skin, heart and lung issues...fuck it I've already got those anyway. I already know based on genetics that I"m going to have a heart attack and some form of cancer (as long as it's not in the groin i'll be ok).
