You know...I have never tried a whole frozen peach with skin. That's a feat tryna eat it while frozen. But I do love slow cooked peaches kinda like a cobbler but without the crust, mix some cinnamon in it. Mmm delicious! Lol
An alternative is to get a food dehydrator and dry them. Still requires cutting them into fairly small slices but you don't need really to blanch them. On the plus side they shrink and take up less space.
Peaches are good, however, they are the fruit that has the most pesticides used on them. If you can find a true organic peach your better off. The market peaches are really hard to distribute due to bug infestation.
