Add to the clear mishandling of classified information, the likely motive of hiding corruption and incompetence. Means not just criminal negligence, but willful, deliberate actions, including conspiring with key aides. Hillary becomes the poster child of a criminal.
    --------------------------------------------------

MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” reported Monday that in 2000 Madeleine Albright blasted security breaches at the State Department saying, “If you are not professional about security, you are a failure.”

The former Secretary of State under Bill Clinton was concerned with security missteps, saying no one is above professional security practices, and that “I don’t care how skilled you are as a diplomat, how brilliant you may be at meetings, or how creative you are as an administer.”

Katty Kay: The “Washington Examiner” unearthed this story last week. It goes back to the year 2000, and what Secretary of State Madeleine Albright had to say about numerous security issues, including a missing laptop that was loaded with classified information. Albright assembled hundreds of State Department staffers with more joining from around the world on satellite for a speech. Quote, “I don’t care how skilled you are as a diplomat, how brilliant you may be at meetings, or how creative you are as an administer,’ Dr. Albright said, in stern tones, reminiscent of her days as a Georgetown University professor, perhaps, ‘If you are not professional about security, you are a failure.’ she went on, ‘you may have seen reports indicating that I am furious about these incidents, well, I am. and I hope that you are, too.’ that was Madeleine Albright.

So what? There is still no reported evidence Clinton deliberately or even negligently mishandled classified information. Unless, that is, you have some startling new evidence you would like to share with us and which the Justice Department's ongoing investigation may have missed.

P.S. Speculation is not the same as evidence.

    No evidence?

Friday the total on her possible mishandled classified emails was 66.

As of 10:00 am Monday it's up to 305 and they've only been through 20% of the 30,000 the bitch and her bitchettes didn't erase.
    http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2015/aug/17/new-hillary-clinton-email-count-305-documents-pote/

The FBI has already found two TOP SECRET emails on the server the bitch and her bitchettes had scrubbed... you know the 30,000 emails the bitch said were only about about yoga, wedding plans, her mother's funeral, getting her hair done...
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PEjp19ITFr0

FBI is all up in Platt River Networks.... because they believe every one of Clinton's emails may have been backed up in their system before the bitch and her bitchettes had them scrubbed.

And think about it.... if all that was left on your email server was shit about yoga classes, a funeral, a wedding and hair appointments why the fuck would you even bother to scrub a hard drive?

Bob Woodward, one of the reporters who brought down Nixon for essentially the same damned thing has said...

"You've got a massive amount of data," Woodward, the veteran "All the President's Men" journalist told MSNBC's "Morning Joe" program. "It, in a way, reminds me of the Nixon tapes; thousands of hours of secretly recorded conversations that Nixon thought were exclusively his."

It's the cover up that screwed Nixon. It's the cover up that's going to screw Hillary. Everything she's done so far reeks of cover up and there's no denying it unless you're a shrill pimpled ass obese liberaggot without enough sense to pull your nose out of your ass and smell the air for a change.

Official: More than 300 Clinton emails flagged for potentially classified info

The number could continue to rise as officials comb through more documents; the past three State Department releases have contained a total of 63 classified emails to date.

A court has set up a schedule for the next several months for Clinton emails to be released by the State Department.

Phyllisflex, you seem desperate to prove what an idiot you are and I'm not going to deprive you of your right to do it. Just don't expect me to do anything but laugh the whole way.

You've made your own self a caricature of bitter, lonely, irrelevant post-prime fag. Don't blame anyone but yourself for it.

No. There is nothing in the Washington Times story that proves any classified information was mishandled, or indeed was classified at the time it was being sent to or from the clintonmail server. There are some messages that have been flagged as containing potentially classified information and these will be examined further. I have no doubt that Hillary is telling the truth when she said that nothing was marked as classified at the time and that is what will be revealed

But since Bobo was wrong about the Platte River story he posted yesterday, and he was wrong about labor unions campaign contributions vs those of the Koch brothers, and he's wrong in his interpretation of the Washington Times story here, it seems being wrong is the best he can do.

    "possible mishandled classified emails"

I think your warped, misogynistic, scorn-addled brain may be the result of a possible mishandled birth, but I wouldn't put that forward as "evidence" either.

I consider the totality of the reports, not just the specific Washington Times article. The reports have identified the existence of TS/SCI emails on the server. Explicitly marked or not does not matter. She conspired with key aides to set up and use the server and conducted her business on the server. It is beyond a reasonable doubt that some of her correspondence as Secretary of State would involve classified information. The emails did not just get to her server by accident.

so you dumb fools still think it's ok to have a sitting Sec'y of State to have her sole email device in the cellar?

really? that's really disconcerting as far as your judgment goes

I think it best to wait until the Justice Department has completed its investigation before making any judgment, that's all. I said back in March, when this story broke, that it could mean the end of Clinton's presidential run*.

If it transpires she deliberately or negligently mishandled highly classified information (or encouraged any of her team to do so), I believe she would have to step down from her presidential bid - and rightly so. I've yet to see any evidence that she did so. What I have seen is a bunch of Clinton-haters getting their knickers in a twist over a quote from the the Inspector General for the intelligence community and a lot of speculation in the press.
