I did a search to see if this information had been posted before, but could not find such an article. This one is a reprint in my local paper specifically geared toward men.(paraphrased for space-original article by Lynda Shrager of the Albany Times Union, titled Time for guys to be proactive-take simple steps now to prevent disease.

I admit I myself have fallen very short on this list and considering I am whole-heartedly in the mix with getting my body in shape, seeing this article told me I was only focussing on the outside for the most part. My first task is to locate a gay or gay friendly physician and a gay or gay friendly dentist.
Pass this on, fellas and add your comments as well.
