In addition to what Giuliani lists, the mishandling of classified information remains central. In March, Clinton claimed to know what classified information is, thinking the FBI would not investigate. Now with the FBI involved and the noose beginning to tighten, some apologists claim it is difficult for a lay person to know classified from unclassified. While that may be true in borderline cases of Confidential material, the lowest level of classified material, that certainly would not be the case with Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information, especially with sources and methods. She knew. Marked vs unmarked doesn't matter. Even if she claimed otherwise, that would still be criminal negligence.

    HIghlights:

    1) Conflict of Interest law - 2 years jail

    2) Destruction of any record in contemplation of an investigation - obstruction of justice - but just in contemplation - there were ongoing house investigations

    3) Destruction of federal government property

    4) If conflict of interest shown, could lead to bribery 15 years in jail

Special Operations Vets Call For Kerry To Strip Hillary Of Security Clearance

A group of special operations veterans and intelligence community officials have formally asked Secretary of State John Kerry to strip former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton of her security clearance along with three of her top aides, The Daily Caller News Foundation has learned.

The organization, called the Special Operations Educational Fund, wrote Kerry August 5 asking that he “immediately suspend the security clearances” because of Clinton’s use of a private unsecured email server and domain name that contains classified information. SOF is a 501 (c) 4 nonprofit group.
    ...
The SOEF claims, “there is ample evidence that this private server was inadequately protected from foreign intelligence penetration and malicious ‘hacking.'”

They also charged that the operation of the email system “is a serious breach our nation’s diplomatic, operational and strategic security.” They urged Kerry to “exercise its administrative authority to suspend any existing security clearances of these four individuals.”
    ...

To emphasize Clinton’s vulnerability, Gregg noted that the Romanian hacker “Guccifer,” whose real name is Marel Lazar Lehel, was the first to disclose that her emails were on a private server.

That would be a good move, though I believe by now the horse has left the barn as they say.

It would tarnish her even more.

I think the only thing that will force her to give up running for the Democrat nomination would be an indictment. And even THEN, she might still stay in the race!

That she might, and her hardcore supporters would claim the DOJ and FBI were overrun by a vast right-wing conspiracy. Makes about as much sense as the nonsense her supporters are spewing daily in the media.

I'm just going to here and pretend I'm Corporeal LeBeau and wait for the colonel to pull his monocle out of his ass while Hillary acts like fat incompetent Nazi.

It's so sad watching this desperate, pathetic scandalmongering circle jerk of deranged, geriatric, conservative lunatics and losers who *really* think a fake non-scandal about emails is going to help them win next year.

    Emails.

    hahahahaahahahahahaahaha "Romney in a landslide!"

Conservatives are so nutty they don't realize they're a national laughingstock.

I saw a poll today about Hillary's email issues. The American public, by a wide margin, doesn't give a shite.

And never underestimate the lack of credibility of a commentor who cites a survey without providing links to it...

And never underestimate the lack of credibility of a survey originating with a any supposed news source that's predominantly funded by the person of individuals who are favored in the survey.

There seems to be a small trend in here for liberaggots to talk about the results of polls studies that favor their bucket of issues without giving links....

To each his own, but I think it best to just ignore likely sock accounts, or foreigners who have no standing and whose opinions and posts are completely irrelevant.

*Speaking as one of "those overseas", I believe it is a Hogan's Heroes reference: "I know nothing" etc.

As kids, my brother and I were avid viewers of the show and laughed through every episode.

I recently watched an episode on YouTube (the first time I had seen it in well over 40 years) and was quite disappointed to find the show to be very much of its time (i.e. the late 1960s early 70s), puerile and unfunny.

I suppose the moral of the story is that some of us grew up.
