Cheaters and Private Social Media Pages

Me and a co-worker had a debate earlier, because she feels that people with private social media pages have something to hide. She thinks that they are probably cheating on their spouse. I personally feel that it's because they don't want random people looking in to their personal life. Any thoughts on this?

I think the internet has to be the worst place to hide any infidelities, or any criminal activities for that matter. It's the equivalent of a permanent paper trail.

I do like the obscurity of RJ, but I'm not hiding on here. If people I know find me here then I'll just say that RJ is my tribe, and that we're always looking for a new sacrifice. Lol.

    You are correct.

Your coworker expects her partner to cheat, and she will torment them until they dump her, regardless of what the partner is doing or not doing.

She has been cheated on several times, and I think that is why she has this theory.

Then she is judging all future b/f's as being a possible cheater n her and causing more pain for herself. She has to take each one different and go in head first ans think the best until given the chance of something wrong that would throw up red flags.. Not fair to the guys who would date her and hope for something good with her...

Actually the "dark" net, aka Tor and related browsers are frequently used by criminals, and more heinous crimes. The servers bounce the signal around to make it difficult to locate someone's IP address. Consider it the underworld of the internet lol

People have private profiles for many reasons. Don't just assume it's for cheating.

Her thoughts about the social medias might be a bit extreme, but there's a sad cause for that.

Sadly, it's not rare for people to cheat on social medias. Good thing is, it all depends to the person she's dating. Tell her to have some faith, not every guy is the same.
