Ever recorded. There were millions upon millions of years when the temperature wasn't recorded so we can't be 100% sure it hasn't ever been hotter.

This could explain why there's been so many hurricanes in the North Atlantic.

    Oh wait...

Actually south Florida has been having unusually warm temperatures for months. With less rain, causing even greater concerns.

Given the strengthening of El Niño in recent months, this should come as no surprise. El Niño has caused the surface waters of a large swath of the Pacific Ocean to warm considerably, and this has been affecting the atmosphere. With El Niño expected to continue through the end of the year, it is looking increasingly likely that 2015 will finish as the warmest year on record. But the climate is complex and fickle, so we’ll have to wait and see.

Just a slightly delayed onset of the rainy season, not really warmer than normal to speak of. The lake isn't under any water shortage management program at the moment and it doesn't appear likely it will be this rainy season.

It probably has been hotter, but it is still a serious problem.

Liberals, you have tax laws older than that.
