    I hate it when I'm at the gym and the machine is being used by the guy I want and I have to wait for him to finish and he is taking his time.

    I can always find another machine and swoop in when he leaves.

    I hate when one guy uses the same weights for his entire exercise and there is only one set of that weight.

    Excuse me, but why haven't you raised your weight for the next set? This isn't the junior leagues and I need that weight right now.

    I hate people at the gym who always ask how many sets I have left can I jump in till the point that each of us have to use different weight for each set, If it is a machine without weights then I don't mind but other than that there are other things you could do in the meantime

    I find it stupid and funny when guys wait for a machine icon_lol.gif

    Once one guy waited so long that I almost finish my daily routine while he was waiting to go icon_lol.gificon_rolleyes.gif

    It's called sharing! Use something else nearby til he's done.

    But you gotta keep your eye on it, it's the WORST when someone else swoops in and you have to wait even longer

    The gyms I work for/use are pretty big so its not a problem finding a similar machine with the same movement or just switch the order on my workout and come back later.

    What I HATE is when people put their water bottle or sweat towel down on a machine and then walk away...sometimes they don't come back for minutes so I move their stuff and start a set and then they appear and say they've got "one more"

    And sometimes they don't come back at all, so all the nice folks avoid the machine they want to use thinking somebody's on it.

    As current science says that raising weights constantly ser per ser is actually the opposite of What people should be doing if they Have a short rest time and are aiming on the same number of reps oops. Also raising weighr swnselessly is just injury waiting to happen. That's minor league.

    One of my workouts last weekend I was waiting for a specific machine.. someone left all their stuff there, no where to be seen but clearly working out.. came back 5 minutes later with a coffee and proceeded to sit on the machine drinking it.. seriously?.. now that's taking the piss..
