North Korea's Koryo Air is again named the world's worst - but had to beat off stiff competition

    I particularly liked this one:

    Syrianair - Syria
    Customer rating: 2/10
"The cabin staff on the way out smoked behind the curtain and when my husband challenged them about this they actually offered him a cigarette."

MuchMoreThanMuscle saidWhat about those Asian airlines that get you up high in the sky and then drop your ass somewhere in some ocean never to be found again? What were they called again?

I was thinking the same thing. Malaysia Airlines is one of them.

In the U.S. Spirit Airlines ranks dead last in customer satisfaction. I think much of that is that they charge a fee for literally everything! And their seats are pushed together with almost no leg room.
And they have been around now for a long while. The consumer by now should know, if you book a flight on Spirit, it's not the same experience you would get on Jet Blue or Southwest(both of which ranked at the top), or flying first class on a legacy carrier!
