What's the weak part of your body?

Mine is shoulders and lower back. I can't do any ab work on back days. Probably because I tend to slouch.

the left side of my body is weaker and tighter than the right hand side. That´s the main thing in terms of structural imbalances, though my upper body is still a lot weaker than my lower body (as you´d expect from a decade of triathlon/kungfu training and yoga)

Shoulders. I dislocated both of them as a child and they never healed right. So they are lame and have a limited range of motion.

weird thing is I'm stronger on my right side but have more balance on my left. I'm sure that's a weakness in itself

    Biceps, specifically my left.
It's embarrassing doing curls with the light blue weights!

Don't be, we all have our things, besides in the gym, who cares... I'd prefer to see you lifting properly then some knob lifting incorrectly to lift heavy weight

I CANNOT bench press to save my life LOL.

seriously i can only lift 50 pounds plus bar maybe 6 reps

OMG this one time I got tired and the bar was stuck on my chest and I could not lift it and this guy had to come save me...needless to say I wanted to kill myself from embarrassmenticon_redface.gif

    Try dumbbell presses instead.

growingbig, thats what I do!icon_biggrin.gif i can lift up to 50pounds each dumbell but i can't even lift 25 on the bar!icon_redface.gif but isn't lifting dumbells more beneficial? you're working the stabelizer muscles and all that junk.

Lower back and overall stamina. Bleh gotta work more on that. Then again I'm asthmatic, I start panting quickly during exertion.

FUCK them! lol I used to feel really really really dumb about being in the freeweight room and doing chest exercises with ONLY the BAR....then eventually I was like wait a minute, I fucking pay to try and be more healthy here so I've got to get my mind off of feeling that way. I mean, dont get me wrong, there are 50 men there that distract me all the same and I'm like great, here's the weak kid....lol

...but when the shyt hits the fan, do you dude, do you. The gym is a hard place to just "ignore" eveything. I mean everyone observes something while they are there.
