What d u think about this?
They said the council members want to be assured that there will be no discrimination against gay employees.
And the other is concern that the profit from the business will be used for anti-gay purposes.

Democrats were in control of the state government a one or two years ago. They were on the loosing end of a flap over gun control and no longer have a sweeping majority.

The city of Denver's government is largely democratic and they have done a good job keeping city services high and taxes low. Generally city property taxes are at least 15% lower than adjoining areas.

getting back to the initial Chick‑fil‑A question:
the denver airport is very likely a special tax district and has additional laws by agreement that aspiring public businesses have to follow.

you get a business license by agreeing to abide by the local laws. Move the fuck to an African country of choice and conduct business there if you feel your jesus tells your different.

Denver Airport gets significant bad reports that there are not enough travel friendly staff willing to help. An international traveler for the ski season and likely they absolutely need to speak English. I dont see how the airport would allow a homophobe vendor in and they make a big bad publicity event happen. You just got to be careful.
