GOP Director of Hispanic Outreach Quits and Becomes Democrat

"It doesn’t take much to see the culture of intolerance surrounding the Republican Party today," said Pablo Pantoja in his resignation letter.

I'm stunned that the party of anti-Mexican bigotry had the gall to hire a "Director of Hispanic Outreach." I'm also surprised he lasted this long.

Republicans hate Mexicans almost as much as they hate gay people.

Pablo was like, "First, they came with The Bell Curve. And I did not speak out, for it wasn't a Taco Bell Curve..."

AlternetPantoja goes on to specifically cite last week’s revelation — that an author of Heritage (Foundation)’s false report on the cost of the Gang of Eight’s immigration bill wrote a dissertation in which he suggested that Hispanics are at a permanent disadvantage because they have lower IQs — as the final straw in his political evolution.

The GOPhers are like, "Thank you for your service, Pablo. But you can't Cut and Run!"

AlternetPrior to assuming the role of state director, Pantoja served in the National Guard, doing multiple tours abroad in Kuwait and Iraq before returning to the states and getting involved in Republican politics.

The GOP philosophy about minority "outreach" is: before you can successfully slap somebody across the face, you have to "reach out" to them first. icon_twisted.gif

First the GOProud guy and then this. Anyone see a pattern emerging? The GOP is fast becoming a toxic brand. Even Trump is the poison his party concocted. Around a third of those from the party of Lincoln, Eisenhower and Reagan now align themselves with a clown.

Duh, Jeb Bush's wife Columba is Mexican so his 3 kids are half Mexican:

Duh, Susana Martinez (Governor of New Mexico and former District Attorney for New Mexico's 3rd Judicial district) is a Republican of Mexican descent.

You've undoubtedly noticed that those who believe in simplistic thoughts or slogans avoid the inconvenience of deeper, critical thought.

Wow, out of the entire country you found a whopping TWO Republicans who have Hispanic connections. Which proves ... um, nothing?

Your front runner calls Mexicans "rapists" and Republicans adore his bigotry. Good luck in the general election, you're going to need it.

In 2004 GWB won 44% of the Hispanic vote and remained President.

In 2012 Romney won 27% of the Hispanic vote and lost.

After the loose plans to corral, round-up and herd illegal Latinos from the likes of Trump and Christie (he wants to monitor LEGAL Latinos like FedEx packages too), I predict the GOP will win 18% of the Hispanic vote.

Conservatives love the WaPo rag, right?

I think the GOP forgot about that multi-million dollar "autopsy" report chronicling their bigotry against immigrants, gays, and women.

    Umm, thanks guys. Hillary 2016!
