Any good road biking forums for Canada (southern Ontario)?

I recently bought a $1000 part-carbon bike to commute to work, and have been doing one "long" (70-120k) ride for the past several weekends. I got the Strava app, and have been competing with a friend for average speed times, trying to hit the farm roads and avoid hills lol. My fastest ride was a mostly flat (70m worth of climbs overall) 90km @ 31kph on average.

I've been learning things through trial and error (20+ minute breaks actually make you weaker!) I basically want to bike anywhere within 200km of Toronto within a day. I have a thing against round trips (ie zero-sum routes lol), so instead have been taking commuter rail as far as I can go, and then biking back into the city.

Anyhow, is there a good forum for discussing best routes, energy conservation lol and such?

The scenic Niagara Parkway which runs right along the Niagara River from Fort Erie all the way to historic Niagara On The Lake is a great bike route.

Check out the cycling forums on here or visit the profiles of Canadian Realjock members from Fort Erie, Niagara Falls, Welland, St Catherines, and Niagara On The Lake.

I like mtbr.com forums. It's a mountain biking forum, but lots of them ride road as well. Canada has a HUGE mountain biking scene!

I do Hamilton to Toronto quite often. I have a shitty bike, so I'm a little slower than you though. Last time I did 26km/h for 90km with no breaks. Hoping to do it again for Supercrawl next weekend!

For moment I read that as "no brakes" and I was like icon_eek.gif
