In the article it says Ability One trains handicapped people for answering phones at the Veterans Administration.

Is this program in any part responsible for the average 40 minute wait time veterans have when they call the VA or the eleven day average wait time they have when leaving voice mail?

    If so, that's fucked up.

Is the Veterans Administration operating to give the best service possible to veterans or compromise veterans services with other agendas?

Just two days ago it came out that there's a backlog of 867,000 veterans waiting on action from the VA and over 300,000 who have died while waiting on the VA action who are still in the system as alive.

Sounds like AbilityOne should change its name to AlibiOne.
