A new review by two intelligence agencies has backed up an earlier conclusion that at least two emails on Hillary Clinton's personal server contained "top secret" information.

The review by the Central Intelligence Agency and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency went back to the original source documents, and follows the finding last month by the intelligence community inspector general that emails on the former secretary of state's system contained information at the highest classification level. This included intelligence on special programs about North Korea's nuclear weapons.

Fox News is told the CIA and NGA did the review because their intelligence was at issue. Only the intelligence agency that gets the information in the first place has the authority to determine its classification.

In both emails, the State Department did not generate the intelligence, and therefore did not have classification authority. The inspector general's August report simply transmitted the classification findings of the CIA and NGA.

In a statement, Andrea Williams, a spokeswoman for the intelligence community inspector general, said "the overall classification of those two emails remains unchanged. Both emails were classified when they were created and remain classified now."

The conclusion further undercuts the Clinton campaign's claim that the classification issue amounts to a dispute among agencies.

Then you weren't up for Morning Joe. Scarborough was on her and her emails for a solid 20 minutes this morning, not ranting but on target with every point. No doubt he'll be back on it in the morning.

TBH he was saying it better than I've heard anyone do it yet.

    UPDATE to above, Wednesday morning.

Morning Joe started off this morning with 20 hard minutes on Hillary's supposed new image... To build up to Clinton's apology in the interview the played the clip from "It's a Wonderful Life" where Jimmy Stewart came running in the door at his house on Xmas... after they played Hillary's pained transparent apology they cut back to Scarborough using a kleenex to wipe tears from his eyes.... LOL!!!!!!

One of the sub hosts commented... "they must have cut out the part where she said...ARE YOU HAPPY NOW???????"

All four of them laughed out loud at Hillary's apology with Ellen.

Joe pointed out once again and the others concurred... nine months into her term as Secretary of State the Obama administration ORDERD all government employees to stop using private email servers.

They dealt with Andrea Mitchell admitting that she was reluctant to ask Hillary all the questions she had in mind because she feared they would cancel the interview.... That brings up some other issues.. like what else was she afraid of...

THEN the opened up the 2nd hour with even more. Interviewed on the apology, NBC's Chuck Todd replied to a question with "Well I guess it depends on your definition of what an apology is...." (could he have been making a joke??? I don't know) Off camera Mika Brzezinski gasped and snarled, "oh my god!"

They started out the 2nd hour with another 20 minutes on Hillary, the email and her apology tour that's even spread to her facebook page.

American ThinkerHillary Clinton resembles the chorus of Little Richard’s immortal 1956 song, The Girl Can’t Help It. She just can’t help it. Yesterday she attempted to apologize for her illegal and national-security-damaging use of a private server, but instead insulted the American people:
"At the end of the day, I am sorry that this has been confusing to people and has raised a lot of questions, but there are answers to all these questions."
We’re so stupid that we don’t get it."
