A young girl in Florida is being expelled from her Catholic School for wearing a bracelet made from her girlfriend's pubic hair. The bracelet was made to comemmorate her first time with her partner and the love they share. The school finds a problem with the lesbian pubic bracelet but had said it would be normal for a hetero couple to exchange such a gift. Young couples all over America had been inspired by the story and have adopted their own love bracelets as a sign for commitment to monogamy and support for the two young girls under the fire of bigotry.

    Pubic hair bracelet? icon_confused.gif

Gay/straight/bi/necro/with animals, doesn't matter that is very strange/unhygenic! I don't consider that a normal gift at all and am very surprised that they would allow anyone to wear such a thing.

That is gross. That is just too much bacteria on ones wrist....out there in the open. I wouldnt have expelled her for it but i would have made her remove it for sanitary reasons.

One thing in life you can pretty much put your money on is that just when you THINK you've heard it all, something comes along to make you stop and go WTF icon_eek.gif

Sorry, but a bracelet (or in this case a "Bushlet") is just all kinds of w-r-o-n-g! What's next...her girlfriend leans over and squirts some of her breast milk in her morning coffee????? icon_eek.gificon_eek.gificon_eek.gif

WOW, I am getting out of touch. True, I don't go to under-21 gay clubs, or have any contact with gay high schoolers, but you'd think I'd have heard about something this strange. Is this real?

I've never seen any kind of hair bracelet on adult gays & lesbians that I do know, but I'll pay more attention now. I still think it's a gross concept, though, on many levels. What next, a lesbian necklace where the pendant is a bloody tampon? icon_razz.gif

Seriously? Is there a source for that? I hadn't read that in the news stories, though I only saw a few online reports that could have been reluctant to be that graphic. As some of us already said it seems almost too weird, and certainly ultra gross if it were true.

I wonder how you spin pubic hair into a bracelet string?
