It has been Scientifically proven that enlarging creams and Penis pumps are just a gimmick. The penis is made up of tissue and cannot be stretched or enhanced like normal muscle. So you are either born with a big, average or smallish penis and have to live with that size. Doctors have recently pioneered the first penis transplant here in South Africa, on a young black man who was mutilated in a Traditional circumcision ritual. But, implants are real. There are piercings, some guys implant ball bearings (making sort of a rough rider). Plastic surgery can help, but adding length, does not necessarily mean it will help your erection. Then there is a pump attachment for older men who struggle with erections. How does the pump attachment work? A latex tube is implanted in the length of the penis, with an outlet for the pump to be attached. When the man wants sex, he attaches the pump (similar to the one used on 'Penis enlarging pumps'), the latex tube fills with air and stretches, giving the man his desired erection. Would you put funny implants in your penis to enhance the shape? I wouldn't, I like my penis just the way it is.
