Workout(S) To Fit My Schedule

    I need some advice.

    It's been a long time since I've been in the gym, years in fact; and I'm planning on starting up again next week.

    My goals at this point are to lose fat, gain some muscle and definition but I'm not looking to bulk up too much. I'm looking for more of a lean, defined body.

    And yes I know that these goals can't be done at the same time.

    The problem is that with my job schedule I don't really have much flexibility for days on and days off.

    I can only workout before work since I get out of work at either 11 pm or 12 am. I only have one day off per week and going into the city on my day off just to workout is not an option.

    With my schedule, no matter how I look at it, the only option seems to be working our on three or four consecutive days, which I already know is not the best.

    Any advice on a routine that would fit into my schedule and help me to meet my goal would be greatly appreciated.

    For a long time, I worked 330p-12midnight and loved it. I could sleep in the next day a little, then workout in the morning, which I prefer. I always find I have more energy in the a.m. I would usually work out every other day. For the last several years, I have been working 9a-5p, which I really dislike, so I workout after work some nights, and then in the morning on SAT/SUN.

    Any links to workout routines that you guys can recommend that would fit into my goals?
