Cytogainer and amount per day

    I made the plunge and picked up a couple tubs of this stuff (chocolate and caramel swirl? I'm all over that shit!).

    Four scoops at a time seems a bit much... is it a good idea to space them out during the day? Say, one scoop between breakfast and lunch, two scoops right after working out, and one scoop between lunch and dinner?

    Or should I just stick to two after working out and call it good?

    Cytogainer is exactly that, it is a gainer. As such, I suspect it is best to do the 4 scoops at a time if your goal is to bulk up. One word of caution, I used Cytogainer for quite a while and got good results, but it has a lot of choloesteral in it... much more than other gainers. When I saw my cholesteral spike alarmingly high I switched from Cytogainer to Enor-mass. It tastes better and has the same protein, calories and BCAAs as Cytogainer.

    It's meant to be a calorie-charged supplement to help you get more calories. Hit those four scoops immediately after your workout and you're good to go icon_wink.gif

    Use any other weight gainer the same way: full serving immediately after working out. Some weight gainers you get a little too much, like Serious Mass, which has over 1200 calories and 250g of carbs in two scoops, and I'll take just the half serving plus a scoop of protein powder because the 250g of carbs make you fucking drowsy.
