Result of four weeks

    I have been hitting gym for four weeks now; three times per week. I know that I am not really FIT to be considered a jock, but I am proud of my results. So, I am sharing with y'all. icon_smile.gif

    I need encouragement for upcoming phases; still need to go 8 mo weeks yo.

    I will agree with Yoda, two months is really a small time. Yes, tracking your progress is good, but don't obsess over it. Just keep going! Good luck!

    Thanks all. Yea, I need to push myself. I have so much stuffs in my hand, and it's making me feel so lazy. The hardest part is cooking. Working out is fine; but, I am getting lazier and lazier to cook because it usually takes an hour to cook dinner and an hour to prepare for the other meals.

    I wanna gain weight but, sometimes I feel like throwing up. I have to force myself to swallow with water because I need to eat more. I am hitting 2800 cals per day.

    I have gained about 6 pounds since the end of the summer which is about ten weeks.
