Visible all over North & South America, Europe & Africa, and other parts of the world. Looks like most of Asia, Japan, Australia & NZ will miss out. As this link's map shows. Unfortunately for us, the local weather prediction for Sunday night is mostly cloudy skies. So we may miss it, too. icon_sad.gif

Looking forward to seeing it if possible and taking pics. I don't remember it in 1982 and not sure yet about 2033.

Clear skies here in the UK. Not much happening where I am yet - just a normal full moon - but a spectacular pic of the pre-eclipse supermoon 100 miles up the road in Somerset.

I don't think I'll be staying up for the eclipse bit. I sat outside under a clear sky for just under an hour during the 'spectacular Perseid meteor shower' back in August and didn't see a damn thing, except lots of bats, which at least made it worthwhile.

Is it a bird, is it a plane? No, it's 'Supermoon'!
