Justice Tom Parke has a history of right wing Judicial Vigilantism. Associations with James Dobson and Focus on the Family and whatever. Guess he makes good money.

How do these guys ever make it through law school, much less ever make it to the bench?

The same great state that just made headlines in today's NYT: "Alabama Puts Up More Hurdles for Voters"

Clearly part of a strong drive to attract young, creative types to this wonderful state.

Isn't it great that Alabama has no real problems, like unemployment, child poverty and roads that need to be repaired?
Since the Alabama GOP has solved ALL those other problems, they can now focus 100% on persecuting gay people -- and if they have any extra time, they can badmouth the Latinos.
Good going, Republicans -- you should be SO PROUD of your fine party!

That sounds exactly like Louisiana and Texas.
