Oops, I screwed that one up already.

Oh, you might want to put this in the gaining weight sub-forum. I'm guessing the forum STILL defaults to the gay one for every new thread though, no matter what sub-forum you click NEW TOPIC from *cough*

I'm a hard gainer also. I bought 2 buckets of weight gainer many years ago. It was gross but I gained 10 lbs from it.

I ate them everyday and stick to weight lifting routine. I bought mine from GNC store.

Now I'm still on the small side but I just stick to natural food now.

Great. Another ripped to shreds, ab-o-licious universally do-able ecto complaining about being able to eat whatever he wants without ever gaining weight.

Get your thyroid checked also. Make sure you don't have hyperactive thyroid.

I lost weight like crazy during that time. icon_sad.gif

I would start counting your macros/ calories. Find a decent starting point, then add 300 calories. If you don't gain any weight add another 300 calories and continue. Eventually you'll gain weight/ muscle. Also you don't need to eat clean. Especially since your probably going to have to eat a pretty high amount of calories eating clean foods will have you feeling full and like your stuffing your face all day long. Throw some fast food in there, make it fit into your macros.

You're 23. You're metabolism won't start slowing down until you hit 30s. I'm also (or at least was) a hardgainer. I didn't start seeing real big gains until I hit 30. Be patient if you're going to do it naturally. The other thing to do is eat more, lift heavier and vary ur workouts (but don't kill yourself).
