I see that some of the gay porn/art film publishers have set up streaming sites, but I have not taken the time to figure out how to get these to my TV.

I don't want to sit at the desk and watch movies on my computer. icon_neutral.gif

Overall, this seems like a good thing, because most of these little gay romance films are not something that I want to buy on DVD - I doubt that I'd want to watch them more than once.

Netflix has a few of them. Is it wrong to read the reviews on TLAgay but watch them on Netflix?

Overall, I'm going into one of my "so-over-TV" phases. I think I'll just read books for five years or so. Then all the re-runs will be new-to-me icon_razz.gif

I stopped watching TV years ago. After awhile you get detoxed from how bad it is and then later when you watch it you'll be amazed at how stupid it is, even the supposedly good stuff.

When my cable bill got to be close to $100 a month I said fuck that.
Currently pay $8.99 a month for Netflix on two tvs. Do not miss. And no commercials!

Am patiently waiting for new season of American Horror, though...

    Walking dead- zombie apocalypse

Mr Robot- a socially inept computer tech by day. Vigilante hacker at night.

Sense8- 8 different people that have a weird connection that links them physically, mentally, and intellectually.

How to get away with murder- powerful defense attorney recruits a few students to intern at her firm. Lets just say the title holds true to its name.

Have been re-watching (binge) my favourite show ever.... 24!

I also LOVE The Walking Dead (and Fear The Walking Dead! Last 2 episodes of its first season were fantastic. First 4 blew. I believe the next season(s) will be as phenomenal as The Walking Dead!)

"Walking Dead" and its follow-up, "Talking Dead," with Chris Hardwick. He's cute in a nerdy kind of way. And very funny. Saw his standup show recently.

"Fargo" (largely due to Patrick Wilson)

"The Good Wife" (one of the best TV dramas ever)

    "The Amazing Race"

    "Project Runway"

    "Game of Thrones"

    "Mister Selfridge"

    "House Hunters International"

    "Mom"

    "The Big Bang Theory"

"Will & Grace" (Seasons 1-4 are the best)

    "Frasier" (all seasons are terrific)

Yes I've gone without TV for a few years four or five times now. Usually when I moved and didn't bother getting it reconnected. Once I wasn't moving and the bimbo at the cable company was dumbfounded when I returned the box. "But... but... we don't have a form for that."

At this point, I just keep the satellite box for my AirBnB guests, so I figure it's a deductible expense. Oh... I've got one of the satellite jazz stations playing now.
