I know that I am a corny 13 year old computer nerd when I say this, but I love Heroes!

It's back on tonight and I have actually cleared my night and planned the gym and dinner to fit into my time frame so that I will be home at 9 to watch the episode!

    Any Heroes fans?

YIHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!! 3rd season was shitty though, lets see if the writers can bring the spirit of the show back on this 4th season.

Since I haven't missed an episode yet, I guess I qualify as "a corny 13 year old computer nerd".

Meh, I'm underwhelmed, but will tune in. It's had its moments, but has not been good since the first season. Though I miss Pushing Daisies, I hope bringing back producer Bryan Fuller will help, though he won't have much impact until the last few episodes of the season. He did seem enthused about the chapter starting tonight, but he's paid to cheer lead to a point. I have my fingers crossed, but the show has really been aimless. I hope it's not too late to save. But they can always keep my attention by taking off Milo's shirt and spraying him with a hose like they did last season. I'm easy to please that way.

I am a big Heroes fan! I do agree that it has not been as good as the first season! I think this "Fugitives" stage will give it a real boost!

This is still the third season, just the second half (although I do believe they are calling it the fourth chapter).

I'm SO Excited!!! And luckily my b/f doesn't get into the show, so I can watch it in peace. w00t!

    YEEEEEEHAAAAAAW

    I am fucking ready.

Ok, so last season sucked, and so did the first half of this one (by the way, this is still only the 3rd season, its just the start of a new chapter, entitled Fugitives, the last one was called Villains).

It may have sucked, but it had its amazing moments. For example, elle taking all of her pain out on Sylar. That scene was superhero-television GOLD.

Anyways, yes, the writers have been depending on time travel and the pursuit of changing some dark future way too much, rather than ordinary people suddenly having extrordinary powers. By the end of the last chapter, Claire had dropped out of high school, no more cheerleader, Parman hadnt donned a badge in a whole season and Peter....jesus, i know he was a nurse, but where do these people get money to eat?

By the time we all sit before our televisions, all of our heroes have gone back to their old lives, Mohinder in a cab, claire at school, hiro runnin daddy's company, etc. This is the writer's chance to start over, what they were effectively doing when they destroyed the company and pinehearst. Everyone is a normal human again....except for evil nathan. that prick. I never liked nathan.

Anyways, i hope everyone has their electro/frozen/telekinetic/superstrenght grip on their dicks as they prepare to furiously masturbate to our favorite superpowered soap opera! Happy watching, everyone!

And remember....sylar is evil again....please, practice ur power before he comes knocking on YOUR door!

one of the writers from the first season was brought back as a consultant. he admitted things down the road strayed from the original design. he said 'the human drama factor is missing.' how they all had real lives that the powers interfered with.

and beginning with this half of the season, he said things will return back to that. the human drama. i can't wait to see if it gets back on track.

    SPOILERS:
including parkman getting back with his wife, and having a 'super baby.' claire being a student again. peter being a nurse again.

edit: i guess ItMoons beat me to the punch. i refrained from reading the walls. icon_wink.gif

    That was an amazing show.
And they borrowed from Fallout 3.

Premise of Lost: A plane crash brings a bunch of loosely connected people together to battle for their survival.

Tonight's episode of Heroes: After being kidnapped by a secret government organization, a loosely connected group of people cause a plane to crash, beginning a battle for their survival.

    oh.

    thats stupid. i still disagree.

anyone who crashes in a plane ends up fighting for their survival.

and lost has gone so far beyond anything heroes could even hope to wetdream about.
