Can we "accidentally" nuke Syria, Iran, Iraq, Afganistan, Russia, and N. Korea and blame it on computer glitches due to the space weather?

    Not.
There is an average-sized coronal mass ejection tonight, but no solar storm warning. Those in Eastern Canada can get a double show of the aurora and the Taurid meteors tonight. http://www.spaceweather.com

I was just out watching the Taurids from the hot tub. Not a lot of them, but some pretty big ones that break up into two or three pieces and shoot off in different directions. Pretty sweet.

Damn... I need to get a beer cooler out there. It's a long way back to the kitchen.
