Time to throw them back to Putin? Do they think Europe will cave on this?

Or maybe they don't want to thumb their nose too much at Putin. Ever heard of the term Finlandization? See:

Its a real shame what is happening in some Eastern European states... it really tears Europe apart: The progressive West (Spain, Portugal, etc... which managed to perfectly reconcile a relatively conservative society and the role of the church with progressive policies) and North - vs the regressive East.

The original article is either inaccurate or outdated.

What did y'all expect? Rights? The ruling party in Ukraine changed, but the politicians and Ukrainian public are exactly the same.

The Eastern and Ukrainian Orthodox Churches have been poisoning the minds of the Ukrainian people for centuries with their primitive minded, backward teachings.
