That's a tough one. After some thought, I picked the Justices because their decisions have affected the most people (things like citizen's united and hobby lobby) and it will be a long time before we can change what they did; that is if we are ever able to. I think that they have really caused a lot of harm to this country.

Citizens United and Hobby Lobby were not this year, which I think is a criteria here. The 4 Justices were nominated for having voted against gay marriage, but they held the minority opinion, and did not prevail in the decision.

Certainly all the nominees are douches, and it's a tough choice for biggest. But in terms of actual influence and success of that douchiness, I would go with Kim Davis.

I believe a backlash she caused among Right Wing fundamentalist Kentucky voters got an anti-gay Republican elected Governor. And she helped to energize anti-gay elements throughout the country, and inspire more of these unconstitutional marriage "protection" and religious "freedom" acts, with the belief that there should be no such thing as separation of church and state.

The concept that personal religious beliefs supersede the law and the basic freedoms and rights of others as guaranteed in the Constitution is a spreading danger that the US Supreme Court unleashed in "Hobby Lobby". And Kim Davis is one of those who has effectively helped to popularize that concept. Even if her tiny brain is merely being exploited by forces bigger than she can possibly comprehend.

It was a tough call, but I voted for that drug company douche, because his actions could literally kill people.

On a side note, I wonder how much sex Wentworth will get in prison!

I agree, this crazy, evil bitch wins the top spot in my opinion(right up there with Dick Cheney for induction into the Douche Hall Of Fame).

I'd nominate ABC news for doing everything they possibly can to exacerbate a racial divide in this country. Most media did this to some extent but ABC seems to be at the top of the trash heap. They're like Metta's Black Lives Matter thread but with an audience.

Southbeach's picks are mine. I won't repost the photos; once is bad enough.

Nice to see that so many people still completely misunderstand the import of the Citizens United decision. I'd love to see their reading comprehension scores.

Bloomberg Poll: Americans Want Supreme Court to Turn Off Political Spending Spigot

"Republicans oppose Citizens United 80 percent to 18 percent, according to the poll. Democrats oppose 83 percent to 13 percent, and independents, 71 percent to 22 percent."

Can we make sure Southbeach is on the list?

I put him on "ignore" years ago, but he keeps popping up, like the undead, only without the charm.
