Exactly, are you vandalizing property out of spiteicon_question.gif are you engaging in self destructive behavior like smoking, drinking, and illicit drugsicon_question.gif are you busting up things in your place of residence for no apparent reasonicon_question.gif

posting here is a big step so you need to acknowledge you can do what ever is needed. Like stop the actions on your part, if its is indeed destructive.

You admit to becoming destructive, but you don't think you're ready to talk about it? Are you just planning on remaining destructive to the people around you?

Just see a therapist. Make sure it is someone with a PhD who specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy. Social workers are sympathetic but not very helpful.

Of course not. Why don't you wait until you're destroyed your life and the lives of those around you? That seems rational. icon_rolleyes.gif

"Destructive" as in "self-destructive" (drugs, bad judgment about relationships, etc.)? Whatever the case, why not go to the therapist and tell him/her that you're not ready (and see what he/she says)?

Therapy is so expensive these days..
I went in my late teens for an ocd problem and my therapist was on the phone constantly with other patients
on MY time. What an asshole.

There is no shame in seeking help when you need it.
