I was told this quite sometime ago, but I have been trying to research it and I can't find it, but do your ab workouts work best when you have little break in between? I always went by this, I just want to be completely sure.

    Thanks,
    Tim

its my experience that they are best done before bed (you burn into the night) rather then build fat) and only some breathing time between sets but form is more important than number of reps. Getting form right is everything. I needed a trainer to learn how to do crunches for maxium effect.

Visible abs are a function of body fat levels.

If you think about it clearly, you'll realize that's why a guy at 250 at 6% body fat, and a guy at 125 and 6% body fat can have abs. It's about fat levels.
