    I don't understand how changing the angle of your legs is going to change the layout of your digestive system. But I don't doubt that there are plenty of suckers out there who buy their reasoning (and product).

    Yes it has been on TV, yes I have the product, and yes it works. I have digestive issues and I can vouch for the fact that it makes it easier.

    I have seen it on Rachel Ray show and the Doctor on there says it works.

    Yes, the squat is the natural way to open the tract and allow easier movements.

    The sad thing is squatting used to be quite popular in developing countries, but with the western influence people are moving towards the western toilet. Only case where western toilet makes sense is for people who have hard time sitting in squatting position. Those are either fat, older or people with some disability. I do think normal able people should be squatting instead of using the western toilets.
