Oh noes. You know what happens to the careers of those who sang the American National Anthem afterwards... Let's wait and see... icon_neutral.gif

I usually don't like arrangements that take liberties with the anthem, but this one was tasteful, respectful & emotional, and I thought she gave a great performance. The US anthem is a challenge that has been the undoing of many a well-known singer.

I still dont know if it was recorded. If it was, she mouthed it perfectly. And if it was her vocals than she still sang it beautifully. The girl can sing. There is no question about that.

Yes, that was an amazing re-emergence for Jennifer Hudson after the tragedy she has been through. I just love her and I hope she continues to have a long and very successful career. She's the real deal!

Stunning woman with a stunning voice. Here's hoping she's coping with her tragedy and will grace us with more of that voice.

She did an awesome job, there were stupid reports on the news stating she was lip synching...obviously not.

It's a rule for there at the NFL. When someone is singing the National Anthem, it must be pre-recorded. I don't remember the exact reasons, but it's pretty legit.
