NYT: All of the Sept. 11 attackers entered the United States using tourist, business or student visas. Since then, most of the attackers in the United States claiming or appearing to be motivated by extremist Islam were born in this country or were naturalized citizens. None were refugees.

The Tsarnaev's family came on a travel visa and applied for Asylum.
The NY Times of course if you analyze the statement as if you were a jurist is factually correct.

Woodsmen we heard alot from you. Its not bending opinion. The United States is a very welcoming country, however even the FBI chief admitted there is no real way to to vet these refugees.

Most are asking for caution, which I am as well. Caution mean some refugees need to be prioritized. Women and children first.
This has precedence in the US. When there was a earthquake in Haiti, refugees were slow walked to prevent a mass and dangerous exodus.

The Tsarnaev family were not US nationals, they were nationals from another country period. The heinous act of terrorism at the Boston Marathon is exactly that, an act of terrorism aimed at wiping out as many infidels as possible. These were refugees regardless whether they had a tourist visa or any other type of official permission to enter the U.S. I wish that the ultra leftists would quit sugar coating and being apologetic for the horrible deeds of this Muslim family. Evidently, the liberals and the democrats want to forget about both 9/11 and the Boston Marathon bombing and shove both of them under the rug and keep blindly permitting more of these lowlifes into our country. I say bullshit to that and I don't give a flying fuck about some words inscribed on the base of the Statue of Liberty because in today's modern day and age they are meaningless relics from an early era.

Liberals, you didn't complain when Obama paused Iraq refugee migration in 2011. What's the problem with pausing Syrians now?

Gee, and all this time I thought they'd sprung fully grown from a nasty Hollywood video.

musclmed: Thank you for your thoughtful response. My opinion is that the refugees who have seen up close the horrors of ISIS better understand and are not drawn to the horrors as compared to the comforted fews in this country who buy into ISIS doomsday beliefs.

Idk why this isn't happening. Bring the mothers & children here, let the able Syrian men & women fight for their country!!!

I think there might be some controversy over training & arming Muslim soldiers, which would also require vetting. And psych evaluations, which should be mandatory for ANY military or police training.
